<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN><SPAN>Title 6, Chapter 7, Sections 1210 through 1280 of the Code of Laws of the State of South Carolina authorizes local governments to adopt an Official Map Ordinance. Under such authority, Horry County has created such a map to show the locations of current and future roadway improvements and provides opportunities for Horry County or other governmental entities to purchase such properties prior to issuance of building permits or granting of rezoning approvals as a means of reducing acquisition costs. </SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
